Refund Policy

PROH Formulas has a 20 day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with our products. You can send us the unused product and we will refund your money. Shipping costs will be excluded from the refund. If you have any questions, contact us at contact@prohformulas.com.

 

Privacy

PROH Formulas will not share, sell or provide customer information, emails, telephone numbers, etc. to any external entity. Our policy is to provide a good service and all inquiries are strictly confidential.

Shipping

All shipments are shipped using FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL. Customers can file a claim within 10 days if a product is damaged upon reaching contact@prohformulas.com. The operator used may depend on the customer’s location. We do not ship to Idaho, South Dakota, Nebraska or any other state or territory where CBD is illegal.  

 

Non-Liability

PROH Formulas is not responsible for any client not passing a drug screening, as we have no way of knowing if a person used Cannabis or another product with THC.

 

Age requirement

All users of Prohformulas.com must be over 18 years old and are an authorized user of the credit card or other payment method used for PROH Formulas products and/or services.
